Overall well maintained hotel. Clean and tidy. Intercom is there for communicating with the reception for any requirement. They try to attend your requirements. But we had to suffer at night due to mosquitoes. No mosquito net/ liquid vaporizer provided. They only gave a couple of anti-mosquito agarbatti and that too without a matchbox. There was geyser in the bathroom but is controlled by hotel reception. You need to call the Reception to switch on the geyser. The hotel attendant asked for tip. The hotel authority should look at this issue. Otherwise it's a good hotel at a good location, very near to NJP station. U will get lots of hotel for meals and tiffin there.

Below average Hotel I have booked two rooms over phone for 4 persons. We check in the Hotel on 21.3.2019 at about 09-00PM. They allotted us Room No.203 & 204 @ of Rs.990/- per room per day but booth of rooms are different in size. We check out from the hotel on 22.3.2019 at 11.45 AM. They are not allowing for late check out. Hotel Badyanath near N.J.P. Station is a Below Average Hotel with high price. The rooms are not clean, The Bath room and toilet not clean foul smell coming from the toilet. I asked the Hotel boy clean the rooms & toilets but nothing was done by the hotel boy. Dirty bed covers, pillow covers, blankets & towels. Nobody can sit or sleep in the room due to the outside vehicle noise and also inside Hotel workers and Receptionist loud voice talks. The hotel is over rated. The behavior of Receptionist is very rude & misbehaving the customers. The Hotel Boys are asking for money (Tips) every time. They are cheating customers. Hotel Baidyanath is a Worst Hotel with high price. Plenty of good Hotels near N.J.P. railway station are available with less price. Hotel Baidyanath is a Worst Hotel. I will never suggest any body for this hotel.

I stayed for one night on my return from Darjeeling waiting for my flight to Amritsar the next day. I had one night in another hotel before going to Darjeeling, and you will read that I did not like it at all, so at least with the Hotel Baidyanath I could view it first. I paid Rs770 which for one person seemed ok to me. My room was small but felt and looked cleaner than the other hotel. It was definitely a budget room but I was happy to stay the night, again the road is very busy and very noisy, but for one night ok. Again the bed was rock hard but for one night ok. For the price it was not a bad room, the area is not nice at all, so for me the only reason to stay is for waiting for a train or flight. The one big negative is the manager and reception staff are as miserable as sin, the manager would not work for me. But I only want to sleep in the room so not bothered about the staff. The young room boys paid the least were a nice bunch of lads. If I needed to overnight again in this area I would use the hotel again.

Very unprofessional. Slow and Casual approach of the guy in reception. They did not provide any towel, could not provide glasses for all, there were mosquitos but not mosquito repellents. Not worth at all even for a night!

So called manager,s behaviour is not at all professional. Very casual in approach. Food is below standard. They served the food(room service) uncovered and in a containter with dirt. I had to cancell the earlier booked room without any refund and shift to other hotel.Theu want business without any service.
